MIFLEX was established in Kutno, Poland in 1957, launching operations with initial production of simple radio capacitors. Since its creation, the company has had a rich history, delivering reliability on 4 continents. Since June 2025, the company operates under new management, trading as MIFLEX Solutions Sp. z o.o., and remaining as the largest manufacturer of a wide range of passive electronic components in Poland. Their applications include lighting, audio, power electrical equipment, electrical machines and devices (pumps, fans, power tools), single-phase motors, compressors and others.
The company implements modern methods of support production processes, enabling production of high-quality products in accordance with European and international standards, including the RoHS Directive and the REACH Regulation.

Our team
In June 2025, the company underwent restructuring, establishing a new supervisory board comprising of experienced leaders and investors, and technology consulting experts. The company also retained the experienced MIFLEX SA team, possessing the knowhow and skillset to drive the company’s new mission and vision.
